New Message, New Image: The Golden Difference
Jeff Golden, President of Golden Equipment, wanted his marketing to reflect the quality of personal service his company provides. We began the process of discovery on how we could help Golden represent its image, and we found the Golden Difference. Not only does the firm deliver excellent machinery to its customers, but Golden focuses on improving manufacturing processes by “starting with the parts you need to make and the equipment you already have on your shop floor.” In other words, Golden goes in deep with its customers into all facets of their business and manufacturing operations—especially important when a customer is in the middle of a critical run, and needs technical support.
Canright gave Golden a new message, new image, new brochure, and a redesigned, responsive website to showcase the various kinds of equipment and services it provides. The site and marketing materials also emphasizes Golden’s use of the best suppliers, and the depandability and timelines of its service.
Canright Communications consistently comes up with new ways to present what my firm does. Over the years, I have worked with them on video, articles for trade publications, and especially the content on my website. They have delivered trade-show materials at the last minute and always make us look and sound our best.
