Digital Finance Content & Communications

We help banks and fintech firms communicate clearly about stablecoins, tokenized deposits, and digital asset strategy — to the executives, product teams, regulators, and investors who need to understand what is happening and why it matters.

Digital finance is no longer an emerging category. Stablecoins are moving through Congress under the GENIUS and CLAIRITY Acts. Major banks are developing tokenized deposits as a regulated alternative to third-party stablecoins. Tokenized securities, bonds, and real estate are live on institutional blockchain platforms.

The institutions that get ahead of this transition are the ones that can explain it — internally and externally — before the market makes the decision for them.

Canright Communications has been tracking this space since 2014, when we covered the first institutional encounters with distributed ledger technology at Sibos. We have followed every significant development since:

  • the blockchain infrastructure buildout,
  • the emergence of DeFi,
  • the institutional custody push,
  • the regulatory frameworks,
  • and now, the stablecoin and tokenization wave reshaping bank product roadmaps.

We do not write about digital assets from the outside — we write from inside the institutional conversation.

What We Produce

For bank and fintech strategy and product teams:

  • Stablecoin and digital asset strategy briefings for boards, executives, and product committees.
  • White papers and explainers on tokenized deposits, tokenized securities, and digital payment rails.
  • Regulatory and compliance communications (CLARITY and GENIUS Acts, OCC guidance, state money transmission frameworks)
  • Internal communications and stakeholder briefings on digital asset initiatives.

For technology and infrastructure firms:

  • Technical documentation for blockchain platforms, tokenization systems, and digital asset infrastructure.
  • Marketing and product content for institutional digital asset solutions
  • Patent documentation and technical content support.

For institutional investors and asset managers:

  • Research and analysis on digital asset market developments.
  • Content on custody, settlement, and tokenized collateral infrastructure.
  • Thought leadership on the convergence of traditional finance and digital rails.

Selected Work

Northern Trust — Blockchain Tokenization Patent Support Content

Produced the technical content and all architectural diagrams for a granted US patent on computing technologies for blockchain-based digital tokens with dynamic, modifiable asset-specific attributes. The patent covers tokenization infrastructure for bonds, real estate, equities, and other assets: DLT-agnostic, with smart-contract issuance, and post-issuance attribute modification.

This is not marketing content about blockchain. It is the technical architecture, claims structure, and diagrammatic specification that a patent attorney used to obtain IP protection for a major financial institution’s digital asset infrastructure.

FinTech Rising — Stablecoin and Digital Asset Research

Our ongoing editorial publication covers the institutional digital asset landscape in depth: the GENIUS Act regulatory trajectory, bank stablecoin strategy, tokenized deposits vs. stablecoin tradeoffs, FedNow and real-time rail convergence with digital asset infrastructure, and cryptocurrency developments globally. FinTech Rising provides 10 years of institutional perspective and trends coverage.

The Stablecoin Field Guide — a structured reference for bank product managers and payments strategy teams on stablecoins, tokenized deposits, and digital payment rails — is in development for Q3 2026.

Sibos 2014 — First Institutional Crypto Coverage
We were in the room at the 2014 Sibos conference when global bankers had their first serious encounter with blockchain technology and bitcoin. Our coverage established the institutional perspective that has shaped our digital asset practice ever since — not hype, not advocacy, but rigorous analysis of what distributed ledger technology can and cannot do for financial institutions.

The 2026 Digital Asset Landscape

The vocabulary has changed. The questions have changed. The stakes are higher.

In 2016, the questions focused on blockchain use cases. In 2026, the questions focus on whether banks will offer stablecoin products and how tokenized deposits fit into product roadmaps.

What banks and fintechs are navigating now:

  • Stablecoin issuance and acceptance under emerging federal frameworks.
  • Tokenized deposits as a bank-regulated alternative to third-party stablecoins.
  • Tokenized securities and collateral on institutional DLT platforms.
  • Real-time settlement infrastructure connecting traditional rails with digital asset systems.
  • Custody, AML, and BSA compliance for digital asset products.

We write for the professionals making these decisions, not the investors speculating on outcomes.
